Where are our schemes monies held?

Lamb & Walters holds a separate interest-bearing trust account for each scheme with Macquarie Bank. Should surplus funds accumulate, the Owners’ Corporation can decide to invest their monies in a higher interest-bearing account with an approved institution.

How do I pay my levies?

Using the Macquarie Bank DEFT Payment System or call 1800 672 162. You can pay by B-Pay, Phone, Credit Card, Mail (GPO Box 4690, Sydney NSW 2001) or at an Australia Post outlet.

How can I change my postal address for services of notices?

We must receive notification in writing of a change of address. You can post (PO Box 95, Gordon NSW 2072), fax (02 9449 3992) or Email info@lambandwalters.com.au

What do I do if I have an urgent strata repair outside business hours?

BPS provides our after-hours strata repair assistance. They can be reached on 9502 1233.

How often are Meetings held?

Each scheme has one Annual General Meeting. Depending on current issues, additional meetings (Executive Committee and Extraordinary) may be called. For information on your scheme’s next scheduled meeting, please contact our office.

Can we use our own preferred Tradesman?

We are happy for you to select your own tradesmen but recommend that you let us know before engaging them so that we can ensure they have the correct insurances and licences.
